Default Wide Angle lens for the 5700

has anyone had problems with the WC-E80 wide angle lens in shooting pictures?

i decided to bite the bullit and buy one. works very well, but the colors on the viewfinder seem to have a red tint.?

Hmmm red tint! Well I can live with that. I haven't seen in for real yet, but somebody told me it was one heck of a big heavy rock to carry around. What's your opinion ?
Do you use the filteradapter/ring from Nextphoto ? If you do - do you have to unmount it everytime you put on the wideangle ?

it is a giant rock, but the pictures are very nice. i have not used that filter yet. of course the ur-e8 adapter has to be used with it, but it is the same one as for the telephoto.

i am having to buy a new camera bag because of the size of the wide angle lens.
