Default coolpix 4300 User's Manual

Hi All, Purchased a CP4300 online for the wife for Christmas. Although not advertised as such it was an import version  with a bootlegged photocopied manual :?: . Many of the pages are nearly illegable. Have been unable to get any response from the vendor.....Anybody know where I could pick up an original manual..??.Ive tried searching the Nikon pages with no luck so far.
Thanks in advance for any help.

You can find almost all the Coolpixes manuals @ their European site:

It works fine here... Did you downloaded the US/UK version (and not the other languages that would require different fonts)?

Update you E_mail profile and I can forward you the 4.7Mb and 1.2Mb files.

NHL & DLJ
It could be that NHL has a newer version of Acrobat reader than DLJ. NHL, what version do you have?

I downloaded the 3500 manual just to test it myself (gotta love cable modems.) I picked the one in the first row, first column (for the US/UK... those flags as bit-mapped circles aren't very good.) I right clicked on the link and did a "save target as" to save it to my hard disk. The file is named "E3500_en-01.pdf". I was able to view it using Acrobat Reader version 5.0.5 9/24/2001. I got that off the "Help->About Acrobat Reader" menu option. The window that comes up has (for me) a version number just below the top tag line "There's more to Acrobat than Reader!"

Hope that helps.
