Default Coolpix 5700 - aperture range

I'm finding conflicting information on the aperture range for the 5700. On this site, it says:

Shutter speeds from 8 to 1/4000sec plus Bulb (max. 5 minutes) and aperture settings from F2.8 to F10.3

But elsewhere, I've seen F8.0 as the smallest aperture.

Does anyone have a definitive answer to this question?

Many thanks,
SysUs (Dan).

I don't own a CP5700, but you can find the manual online at:

On page 172 it says:
Shutter - Mechanical and charge-coupled electronic shutter
Speed - 8 sec 1/4000 sec, bulb (up to 5 min.) setting available

On page 73 it says:

At a shutter speed of 1/4000 s, the aperture range is restricted. At maximum wide angle, the f/-number of the lens ranges from f/5.0 to f/8.0; at maximum telephoto, the f/-number of the lens is f/7.4.

That doesn't really totally answer your question, but it gives you some info.
