Default Accessories for CP 4500

Please guide me if this has already been discussed in a thread. I had no luck when I ran a search. I am looking for recommended accessories (filters, etc.) for my new CP 4500. I have a 256 MB card and already decided on Slide Copy Adapter. Thought I could save on shipping by ordering multiple items. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Depends on what you want to use the camera for. I'd personally get the wired remote control so you can do things such as star trails and other fun remote control activities. Depending on if you have accessory lenses and filters for another camera, or a camera with a threaded lense, you could get a step up ring so the lenses and filters can be used by both cameras.

If you do think about a wired remote I'd advise looking around. I've had problems with my Nikon MCEU1 remote to the point that I've just purchased the EagleEye mechanical remote release as a replacement.

I've also got the EagleEye 5X telephoto and from a few test shots it seems to work ok with the CP4500. I do tend to use my telescope plus the 4500 for wildlife but I'm keeping the 5X for travel.

Thank you for the suggestions. To begin with, I ordered the slide copy adapter and 4-pack 28mm filter set. Remote control and telephoto are the next on list. Until now, I never knew that a mechanical release could be used with 4500. I checked out EagleEye website. I miss my 5700 (stolen) but I find this 4500 to be a great value especially after the $200 rebate. Leaves budget for many accessories.
