I've only had this camera since February of this year. Everytime I use it at night, under night time scene setting or any other setting.. my pictures come out VERY dark (you can barely make out what was supposed to be in the picture) or very blurry. Does anyone know how to fix this? or make it so it's less blurry and dark? I've tried the only things I know of. Help!!

How far away is your subject/s?
You can use the D-lighting feature to make it less dark. To do that you view the picture then press ok twise.

Actually selecting (slow sync)-auto flash combined with slow shutter speeds actually makes the picture brighter than selecting night portrait. However I think there is more blurr.
Are you taking the pics in very low light conditions? also is the green AF lamp in focus or not?
