I'm very new at the digital camera business. I just got an Olympus
E20-N and I plan on taking my pictures in RAW mode and manipulating them
in either Photoshop 5.5 or Photoshop Elements 1.0. However, I loaded
the RAW import plugin that Olympus provided into both programs and when
I try to import a RAW file into either program on either my laptop or
desktop computer, the computer freezes up with a weird colored band that
is about 1" high and all across the screen. I have to reset the
machines which makes Windows 98SE go through all of its checks.

Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance.
