Hi Claire,
It would help to know what kind of computer you have and the software you used in the past with your kodak easy share to store, edit, and print with. But in lieu of that, I would suggest that you take the cable that came with the camera - it will be the gray one with the USB connector on the one end and a very small connector on the other. Connect the cable to the camera and the USB connector to the an available port on your computer. Turn the camera on, the LCD screen should display a screen that has a number of options listed with the word "Storage" being highlighted. Press the okay button on the camera. What should happen next is most computers, today, automatically recognize that when you connect a new camera to it for the first timeusing the cable that came with your new camera. The pc will ask you where you would like to store the images found on the camera. You can choose a number of options including the software you used to edit your Kodak camera. Without knowing what you have, in the way of computer equipment, software you used to edit and print your photos, it's pretty difficult to go much further. Zig

The best and easiest way to transfer pictures to your computer is to take the memory card out of the camera, put it in a USB card reader and upload it that way. Thats the way I have been doing t for the past many years without any issues. I never use software to assist me in uploading my images. I just drag and drop them to a folder on my desktop from the memory card itself once it shows up under "my computer"
