Default Screen Guards for Olympus C4000Z and C5050Z cameras

I am looking for a source of what I believe are called 'Screen Guards' to protect the viewing screens of my C4000Z and C5050Z cameras.I have found one source that wants $10(US) to mail them to an address in Canada which is ridiculous since they just need to be enclosed in an envelope.Any help will be gratefully received.

Hi, I use the transparent "screen guard" for PocketPC or PalmPilot, cut to size. Works pretty good though. Need some skills to put up the sheet to aviod trapping bubbles.

Just wondering, what is the cost of the protectors for the palm pilots? Can it be used on more than one camera if you cut it?

You get 12 sheets in a pack, and it costs $20CDN ($14.50US). You can probably get two cameras out of one sheet.

I just use Gila (for C-2100). The adhere mechanism is either electrostatic or pneumatic. The great thing about it is you can remove it (just pull it off & slap it back on ) for complete unaffected LCD viewing. After a year of use & substantial hours of UZI use in clubs & parties, the LCD is as good as the day I bought it. Besides being inexpensive, Gila works on curved surfaces & is great to protect clock, VCR, etc. bezel windows.
