here is some of the betterpics from this past sunday

manual mode, auto focus, iso1600

i tried spot metering, but i know if i put that on auto

it wouldn't stop the blurring, also i didn't use the noise reduction.

now this one has hardly any blurr, i guess its the angle,

my son is at the top of his folow thru, but as you can see this place

has many different light sources, white, blue, and alot of dark areas.

but i am still working on it! i take at least 200 shots every game.

i am also becoming aware of me shaking or moving, i have been using a monopod,

i'm starting to get used to it. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i m using the 40-150mm lens
