CAF with the E-5

I don't use it but I know some of you do (many of you seem to be named Greg), so I've been keeping an eye out for direct experience. Here's one (that looks good to me):

HI ted

Thnaks for posting that link, and I have been keeping an eye out for any comments on the AF of the E-5. I'd really like the remaining review sites to put the AF and CAF systems through the paces - I just checked the Cnon 1DMk iV review over at IR and a nice chunk of that review covers the AF performance, comparison with the 1DMKIII and its direct Nikon competitor. Also I'd like them to also check for OOF errors - right know I don't have a lot of confidence in end user reports (too many fanbios for my liking) unless its from ppl that I know.. so I was looking forwards to Greg's thoughts on the cam.

Cheers

Harj

I was in hopes of finding that out for myself, but I decised to drop the subject:rolleyes:.

S-AF was flawless, even it the crappy lighting I was shooting in. C-AF seemed similar, but I never really had "good" lighting, so I'm waiting to pass judgement.
