Default An Experiment in Depth of Field

I have always been interested in extreme depth of field but never really had a lens, until now, that was wide enough to really stretch it. I took my new 12-60 and set up this composition using a tripod. I shot three frames at identical exposures but with the manual focus set at .4, .6 and ~1.2M. I then stitched a composite from the 3 frames. I think I may have missed the hyperfocal distance by a bit in the last frame because it's not marked. The near spray boom nozzle in the foreground is only about 5 inches in front of the lens. This technique should yield some interesting landscapes in the future.

I think that DOF is remarkable. Well done!

i think it's a great image as well, but could be easily cleaned up in Photoshop to make it look even better!
