I was surfing the net at work looking to make an off axis camera... either way I ended up finding a link to these lens baby things. Has anyone used one of these? and what is the quality of the picture that it takes? Seems kinda expensive for $150. Thanks guys

The Lensbaby from your requirements is probably not what you're looking for...here's a Lensbaby 2.0 review (you may have to refresh a few times to fully load images):
