Napa Valley - California

Napa Valley is a beautiful place to visit and enjoy the great wine and food.

With my wife we visited four wineries but Robert Mondavi and V. Sattui Winnery are our favorites.

Enjoy the pictures..!

Yes. I did..:)

Super shots Marcelo, I feel like I was back there.
Those photos are better than their advertizing shots. Lens???

We used to suck up a bit! of Mondavi's wines in my Californina days, late 60's early 70's. Mondavi were just making a name for themselves in Europe at that time.

Terrific tour, Marcelo! You need to see if you can sell those to the wineries. Make a little $$$. :)

Excellent shots Marcello. It's been over 15 years since I last visited Napa Valley. Your shots really capture the spirit of the place.

Gary, I'm glad you like the pictures and the tour, they have in the winery store a big collection of pictures for sale....beautiful and very well done. I wish one day I can have the chance to shoot with my camera, tripod and lights in a place like this.

Thank you Ken, I did use the 12-60mm with my E5.

Mondavi is one of the biggest wineries in Napa Valley, Mr. Mondavi passed away 4 years ago and his second wife sold the property to Constellation for 1 Billion dolars (can you imagine how many cameras/lens I can buy with that money!?!?), some experts say the quality of wine today is not the same when Mondavi was producing it... I did try some Pinot Noir and a Cabernet and I like it..!!

Very, Very well done a superb set of images.

Now I am a little disappointed that you aren't announcing that they gave you a keg of that Mondavi wine for the second shot...it is a real winner and they would probably buy it...worth a shot!
