Office/studio view
View from my office/studio as a small rainstorm just finished moving through. That cannon on the left is my tripod-mounted 50-200mm. These were taken with my 14-54mm handheld.

That is a really nice set-up you have there Gary. I couldn't help but notice all the green grass and the trees in bloom. It was just recently that you were shooting birds with snow on the ground! :)

Nice set up there mate. I notice before you live in a nice 'hood.

You're an inspiration Gary.
I'm setting up my breakfast area up this spring for bird shots. It's less the 15 feet to the feeders from the window. With the window open and screen removed it should be pretty good. I made a cardboard panel to fit the window with a camera hole in it.

Hmm, just looked out and there's a flock of deer out there.

Shooting today some birds at the park and in my backyardand trying to find a nice opportunity to shoot a great shot I was thinking about how you manage to catch all those beautiful birds?

That set up is very convenient and you shoot from the comfort of your studio..!!!

Thank you for the idea.

From your bird pix no one would guess that you're surrounded by other houses. That's really interesting and, as Ken says, an inspiration particularly to anyone who thinks they need to be out in the country to photograph wildlife. After all, if Marcelo found grass growing in NYC beyond Central Park, anything is possible. :)
