![]() Anyway, I second what Zig said - I hope you have a safe trip and a good time in Baha. Take lots of pics. Don't worry about them being level, just make sure you include a little more scene than you want so you can rotate the image later. Ted |

We had an organizing/planning meeting yesterday over lunch. That's the way Sharon and I do it. We'll probably leave here around the 10th depending on the last couple of closings. Last day to leave is the 14th, then it becomes a deadhead but I'd like a bit of time to take some pics, not just stick the camera out of the window as we scream by.

Have a safe and relaxing trip. But this time don't drop out of sight for 6 months. Looking forward to seeing some shots.

Agreed. And Ken can't claim he didn't have access to electricity - you know he's not gonna be in a place where the beer is warm and there are no ice cubes.

Pleny of wi-fi down there, which is so much better than I have here. Internet access has been maddening at home here. No cable access so I'm working with an HP mini notebook that has sort of intermittant access with a G3 module. We're right on the edge of the satalite coverage area. Cell phones the same. Great when you're trying to do Biz out of your home. Especially when the satalite keeps moving...
![]() I can write in notepad and put photos in file until I get access.

Ken, you're saying Internet access is better in Baha than where you are in the islands outside of Seattle? Amazing. But I believe you - when I lived in Northern Arizona Internet access was a royal pain.

Yup. I believe royal pain is the correct term. Well for here that is.
I spent the first five years of my working life in the Liverpool shipyards but I'd be banned for life if I spoke that way.. ![]()

Actually there are two places, that I know of called Sandwich. The first of which is in the Town of Sandwich on Dover, Kent England. which originated around 664AD. The Sandwich that I live in was named after the original by settlers coming over from England. Zig

The Earl of Sandwich gave his name to the Sandwich Islands (Hawaii) as well as the bread with filling thingy. It was said that he didn't want to get up from the gaming table so had his roast beef lunch served on bread. He had a lot of investments on the East coast here and I believe he was a backer for American independence. If I could stir my lazy butt, I'd check and see if he had anything to do with your Sandwich Ziggy.
