Default Oly 70-300 lense first shot

I just bought an Oly 70-300 .
There is a 140-600 mm equiv. label on the lense
So ..... What do I have a 70-300 or 140-600 ??

So far the test shots are fine IMO. I can't complain
Here is 1 sample Right out of the camera only re-size
Cloudy outside
Hand Held , 300mm ISO 800 f 5.6 shutter speed 800 ( I shake alot )
The apple is approx 13m from me.

You have a 70 300 but because you are using a four thirds system as far as sensor size your crop value doubles so you can crop equal to 600mm without losing anything IQ wise.
If it's real sunny out with this lens you won't need to use 800 ISO unless you want to, the lower the ISO the better IQ you'll get but it does starve for light no doubt.

Just a reminder to everyone that Olympus has $100 off the 70-300mm and $200 off the 50-200mm & 35-100mm until May 31, 2010.
