Default Sky

I'm not big on sky photos but the color of this one was pretty spectacular the other night. Sometimes cameras just can't catch it. The sunset was more than it could take in or at least more than I could convey with the 510.

Nice shot, perfect moment for a photo and you where there.
Great !
One photo out of focus is a mistake, ten photo out of focus are an experimentation, one hundred photo out of focus are a style.

Nikon D800, Olympus E-500

sky lightings like that are amazing....... I remember the aurora borealis when I was in living in upper NW Ontario 50-years ago, if one has never seen it first hand it cannot be described well enough to know the beauty, yet if one has seen it then it will never be forgotten.

Your image does a fine job of conveyance Eric, well done
