Probably 4-5 weeks away from azalea time, but the typical first buds and blooms are starting to pop out down here..

Hi Greg,

So that's what the first signs of Spring look like. I've forgotten:-) and yes, I'm jealous. It was a balmy 35 degrees here today. The good news is that the birds have been pretty active. But, we wont see anything until the croccus' start to bloom late March.

All nice images. I suspect, with the E-510, the first flower would be somewhat blown out. great detail.

And if history tells us anything it's that it's too early. There's still some really cold winter weather coming to get those first blooms. They beautiful though aren't they. Nice Photos.
