......it eventualy starts to set right across the Saratoga Passage from me. I looked out late afternoon and it didn't look much like we'd see any sort of sunset as a squall went through. I took this first pic at an angry sky with a shower below.

Then next time I looked out, the squall had blown through and I almost missed the sunset.

She'll be setting out there for the next couple of weeks before parking south for the winter.



Oh and yes, I used my E500 and 70-300 Surprize!

......the second shot is terrific! Big sky, the clouds with enough sun to make it right, anymore sun might be too much. I like it very much.

Hi Ken,

Wonderful shot and I like the composition of this image over #1. I still prefer your 2nd image. The color's intensity just jump out at you.
