Problem is I HATE the new address...I go to several websites that start with "F", and it was so easy to go to Steve's just by typing "S" in the address bar...I guess I have to start using the bookmark features and the (yuck) mouse.

The old address was:
http://www.stevesforums.com/forums/view_forum.php?id=36

and the new one being:
http://forums.steves-digicams.com/fo...orum.php?id=36

I only go to this page on Steve's...that's why I'm lazy; same with other sites, I only hit the Oly SLR forums.

We're still working out some kinks (MySQL related performance, etc.). But, we should have most of it sorted out within the next day or two.

You'll want to use the new URL for the forums. That's one reason we left it up for the error messages you saw for so long. You can also get to it from the menu choice you'll see at http://www.steves-digicams.com

Here's the new URL for the forums:

http://forums.steves-digicams.com/forums

We're working on some other kinks still (for example, the server memory was upgraded earlier today to try and deal with MySQL issues), and we're looking at the feasibility of parsing out text in older forum posts to update old fforum post links to the new URL. We've still got a few PHP related issues, too. It's not going to all happen overnight. It's being worked on. ;-) I'd expect a rough spot or two for the near term.
