Default

There is not way i can make it work the LCD,I believe is broken or something is not right I just get there the Menu,I can not see when i can take a picture and this frustrate me and i love this camera.Please help if you know about this problem

theres no way you can ever see a picture on the lcd while youre takin it. the e500 isnt designed that way. better check out the e330, 410 and 510 for that kinda thing.

why did you post your question three times?

If a live LCD image is that important to you, any point-and-shoot camera has that feature. Most DSLR's like the E-500, on the other hand,CANNOT display live images on the LCD because the reflex mirror sends the light from the lens up to the optical viewfinder until the moment the shutter is pressed. Then the mirror swings up out of the light path and the shutter opens, allowing light to hit the sensor and forming the image. That said, there are a very limited number of DSLRs on the market that do provide a Live Preview feature, notably the Oly E-330 and E-510/410, as Danny mentioned. This is a feature you specifically have to ask for when purchasing this class of camera.
