Hi Martin,

Just finished viewing your slideshow. I've never been to Cape Verde but after looking atyour shots, I think I've got a good feeling of what the island and its people are like. I especially liked the photos of the seashore and the arid landscapes-beautiful. It reminded me of Aruba. I'm alwayssurprised thata tropicalisland can be so dry.

Thanks for sharing your photos.

I kicked my home office chair back last night and made myself comfortable for the best slide show I've seen for a while.

Nicely composed photos all of them, giving an aspect of Cape Verde life that I knew nothing about. Can't remember the best right now but the one of the kid with the skimmer was great for action.

Thanks, Ken

"Should" put them up on the travel section page.

........yep!

I took in that slide show a couple times and enjoyed it as much the second time as the first.

I agree with Ken, very good all the way around. No point in picking favorites but for me any of the 'beached' boat photos gets me happy, especially the one with the big ole' twisted tree.

Thanks for sharing........

Hi Martin

There's some really wonderful pics - some quiet classic in that gallery and it was very enjoyable to just browse through from start to end.

Cheers
