I mentioned in my previous post about the 100+ years old houses in the town of Hillsboro, TX USA. Here are more files from the E-3 & 14-54ZD combo of some of the houses. RAW via Bibble Pro

Beautiful old homes. Reminds me a lot of what you see in Waxahatchie. The 14-54 f2.8-3.5 is a wonderful all purpose lens.

There's something really wonderful about those old houses and I'd love to have one! The last oen has a lot of character to it and also needs a fair amount of repair but it just looks great.

Cheers

..........hi Harj,

Yeah, the last one is quite a project, I took shots from several angles and do want to check back in a couple years. It will become a beautiful place again I am sure.

What got my attention to it is that the house sets on a fairly large corner property and is quite clear of trees etc as can be seen AND externaly it is being restored top down.

This house is also very large, possibly in the 6,000+ sq ft range. The first photo, Tarlton House, is listed at 7,000 sq ft. Both houses are 3 floors.

I do have some photos of the Hill county courthouse with the 14-54 as well as the 50-200 and may post a couple just to share.
