Hi Guys

I came across this little link on Chase Jarvis's blog called "The Photographer as Director" and its a pretty intresteing article esp now that I've been doing more than street photography. Having now done a few "fashion/beauty" shoots I have to say the hardest part is beign able to direct and also improvise when things don't go the way you planned them to, or when you working with a model with little experience and she's gone through her 5-6 pose's in a very short time.

Check out Chase's two min guide for planning and shooting a commercial shoot.

Definitely worth watching - he is a seriously cool and talented photographer, and most importantly self taught!

Cheers

Harj
