Comparing actual sizes (based on prelim info that the E-P1 is 120x70x35mm) , pictures to approx scale.

Compared to the size of the Panasonic G1:

Based on same scale (E-P1 suppose to be 120mm wide, G1 124mm wide)
Height-wise, it would be a little higher than the left hand thumb-wheel on the G1.

And compare to a compact ultrazoom camera (Panasonic TZ5):

I saw that drawing over at 4/3 and found it just looked more like a sketch knocked up by someone, but that photo of the Ep1 well.. much more interesting ! I would have liked to have seen an f2 lens at least with it but then again we dont know what the lens map is going to be from Oly.

Some interesting comments over at The online Photographer over the same pics:

Its going to be interesting to see what the reviews are going to be like.. me I'm gonna hold off to see when Panaleica bring out an LC1 m43 version but this does look pretty cool.

It does look cool, but the lack of an EVF would be a deal-breaker for me, not that I want to buy another set of lenses anyway (43). Speaking of which, so the Oly 43 lenses will be silver? I wonder how many folks will consider that the lenses from the two companies are interchangable when they will look so odd on the opposite company's camera body.

comparing E-P1 and GH1/G1

E-P1

no viewer
no moveable display
no flash
no grip
no fullhd

body ~ same size, same price ? ? ?

hmmmm ... the winner is ...
