did anyone see the new pic? 43rumors.com has it, anybody able to host it over here? Looks sorta like an unpainted version, look how the plastics are different shades? Wonder if this will be an official color option? Personally I'm holding out for either silver or black.

Default No in built flash ????

I'm not sure why Oly left out an inbuilt flash, even a really small one ? I think they kind of shot themselves in the foot by leaving one out but everything else looks pretty sweet.

Looking at the lenses if theyre anything like the Lumix G's there goign to be tiny esp without IS in the lens. Do we know if the Oly m43's going to have in cam IS or not ?
