I don't have many photogenic roses this year but this one certainly made the cut (no pun intended). From the E410, existing light from a window, shot on black velvet.

Oh, yes! That first image is special. Both are nice, but I do like that first one best.

Isn't it odd how a little repositioning can affect so much? All I did in the second one was tilt the flower more towards the camera!
