Default Dawn @ 7mm & 12mm

Went out this morning to take some sunrise shots over the river downtown. Started off using the 12-60mm then switched to the 7-14mm.

While reviewing the shots at home I noticed a couple that where framed similarly taken with both lenses. Its interesting to see how much more Angle of View there is at 7mm than 12mm.

@12mm 8secs f/8.0 200ISO

About 10min later.
@7mm 4secs f/8 200ISO

Hi,

Wish you hadn't posted the comparison shots using the 7-14mm lens. Just when I thought I was happy with the lenses I have................

Those are both great shots! 7mm covers a lot. It took some time to find the same buildings lol. That means something.

I like them both, but my favorite is #1 (12mm) because I can see the whole thing at once.

What I wanted to show was how the buildings on the right are about in the same place in each frame but the second one @ 7mm shows much more in view to the left/top/bottom.

I'm sorry. I didn't mean to offend you. I only said that (my favorite is #1 comment) for Zig as he just got the lens.

Yep! I know what you meant. It took long time to find the same buildings. That's amazing.
