Default Penguins...

...would love it here. It's 10 degrees with the wind chill and snowing. I hate it. These guys don't see to mind.

She's walking without the brace and it bends 120 degrees. She'll be doing physical therapy another 2-3 months and has put off the final drill she has to go through before going full-time military service, from May to the end of the first summer semester. She's not sure she'll be able to run 3 miles in 4 months.

Thanks for asking!

Thanks, Greg. I'm surprised they aren't frozen to whatever they're standing on!

You have mentioned your "Triangle". I assume this is some type of bird perch/feeder thingy. Can you take a pic of it for me? I know you are using your 70-300, but my feeders must be too far away from my windows. I cannot get anywhere near the magnification you are getting.

The triangle I mentioned refers to Aperture-ISO-Shutter speed settings. My feeding station is about 20 feet away and there are several well-placed perches closer (about 10 feet away). Here's a WA of the feeding station in last year's snow.

Hi Gary,
I like your set up.

The abundance of squirrels around here would prevent me from doing anything similar as they'd just take over. That, and Raccoons.
