Default Petals and More Petals..

Last photos for a few days as Friday I am headed to Lubbock to see my daughter over the weekend and attend a couple baseball games between Texas Tech and Oklahoma.

E30 and 70-300, some with the EX25 and some without.

Up Close..

Full portrait, but a different, better looking bloom..

On a patriotic theme, here we have Red..

White..

and Blue..

Had to end this with one more hairy poppy..

Great stuff once again. I like the 70-300, seems like it'd be a worthwhile investment. I'll tell you that I never noticed flowers as much as I do now thanks to your pics.

Very nice series, Greg. As many have said, the 70-300mm is an excellent lens (too bad I sold mine last year along with my Oly gear). Now I'm thinking about buying it again to use with my m4/3 cameras (EP1/G1) but I'm waiting to see how small the new Pana m4/3 100-300mm will be and how much it will cost before I decide to get the 70-300mm.
