i was immediately struck by the nice contrast here.

just wish the background was all green like the lower portion, but nevertheless, nice

Thanks, Dustin. I was debating whether or not to try and do somthing about the background but didn't want to mess up the willow portion in the process. So, I left it as is. Unfortunately, a different angle would not have produced the way the light hit the blossoms.

yes, i was guessing that you were constrained in your angle judging from the pic, its a nice shot, sometimes you can't control everything.

I really like this shot straight away as is. Very nice colors, detail and depth of field.
