Really nice shots Greg. Last year I used a limited free trial of Portrait Professional mentioned by Charles. I was very impressed at how easy it worked, but I shoot so little portrait work I didn't bother to buy it. I think for you Greg that it would be a good buy. (I just hate doing a lot of PP on anything.)
