Default My First Birds

These are some of my first bird shots. No post processing, and all were shot with my 40-150mm F/4-5.6 Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!

Looks to me like you've been shooting birds for a long time judging from this great first set of bird images. All are in focus, good depth of field, proper exposure.

Very well done indeed!

These look too good to be the first bird shots. Wish my 100th bird shots can be this good. Nice job

Ha ha ha! Thanks, but trust me these are my first shots where I actually went after the bird. I did manage to get really close (3-5ft) because for some reason this bird decided not to move much, or perhaps I was just really quiet. :P

Thanks! It took me a while to get DoF right, but it worked out pretty well after that.


Hopefully I can get some more pics that you guys will like.
