Default Not a humingbird, but still interesting.

I was on one of my wildlife photo outings recently, and photographed a small screech owl.

Probably only about 6-7 inches high, but his eyes are impressive.

Shot with the E-520, Sigma tele, wide open and focused on the eye.
Depth of field was so shallow, that I think the eye is the only part that is
fully in focus.

Anyway, I though it was an interesting shot on a bird that is seldom seen.

I'm with Charles. My focus went directly to the eye. Wonderful image!
