Default In the yard, again.

I'm not getting out often enough with my camera and when I do I usually try too hard or something and end up not happy and dumping them.

I passed these on the way in last night and went back with the camera. I liked their simplicity.

Hi Ken,
That 2nd shot is a keeper. Also, the colors look faithfully reproduced.

I tend to have issues with the color purple when shooting with the E-30. The images I usually get tend to look smeared or if sharp, tend towards being blue.

Depending on the type of purple flower, I know from experience to adjust the white balance for purple flowers. Try adjusting the WB to "shade" or "cloudy" and the purple blossoms should come out the right color.

Thanx Steven. I'll give that a try.
