Incidentally, as a former Science teacher, I was always lead to believe that Tigers are the only cats that like water.

Nice pictures though.

Of course this has nothing to do with the nice photos but it raises the question as to why Tigers like water when other big and little cats don't.

Off topic again, I'm told it's something to do with the length of their coats and internal heat control in hot climates. Apparently other cats have shorter coats. Tigers could have evolved short coats, they just evolved a liking of water instead!

It's all how one is raised house cats can be made to love water as well and as long as those that give the bath are calm and make like its heaven!

Oh crud. I'm going to suspend the installation of the moat around my house. I am not a cat fan.

Of course, if I import some of Steven's alligators, the moat thing might still work.... Hmmm it just might .... Here kitty, kitty.
