Default shooting dragonflies, insects in flight

Hi All,

Here's a pretty good series of insects in flight posted on the DPReview site. All done with an E-510 and the 70-300mm ZD lens. The OP also has some good suggestions to go along with the images.

Thanks Zig. Love the shots. I'm not sure I'd try it with AF, MF just seems so easy to me but the results can't be argued with. If only it were sunny here so i could try some more.

Very cool post, with some excellent tips, thanks for sharing..

I'd really like that dpreview site a lot more if it wasn't for the annoying threaded comments format

Hi Adam,

Same here. It's as if you need to have an attitude to post there. Although, to be fair, most people are very civil. It just seems like the few a much louder than the majority of posters.
