Happy Birthday Bob.
I always thought that I was the oldest fart in here but I guess I'm just a kid. May Day I'll join you in the 73rd year (I hope)
I'm really only 43(almost) What did me in is all the time I put in working on dial up. That had to be worth 30 years.

Wishing you many happy years to come Bob.

I was 43 so long ago that I can hardly remember it.

Anyway, don't credit my memory, I picked it up from another source. I think it was on an old wanted poster down at the courthouse or something. LOL

LOL! You get double credit for every modem you bought, that didn't work and when you looked at the manual it said "If you're having trouble making this modem work, go to our web site or email our support team."

I hadn't noticed or heard of that - thanks for pointing it out. Fortunately my birthday is not on the 11th day of the month...

Hey Greg C: you need to enter some of your hockey shots in the POTD contest. All of your shots are better than the hockey shot that won the POTD for today.

3/18/2011: Hey somebody won the POTD with an Oly E-520. His name is "Mike Conroy" but I don't recognize it as being a forum regular. Anyway, it is nice when they break up the Canikon monopoly.

That's a great photo. I've been to Duluth - that may well have been shot in the summer.

Definitely of "olympic" topics. But that why we have this thread, right?

I mentioned in one of my posts from Mexico that I bought my daughter a Canon superzoom.... Ducks under computer desk.... The SX 130 is. Something she could handle along with a family when travelling. Better ratings than the Oly.

She got back from a spring break trip last weekend from, Eggwhipped.
Or Egypt as some call it.
I put some of her photos up here: https://picasaweb.google.com/CamanoR...42504723026818

......and the photos are very, very nice.

My wife's SD200 gets passed around the family for exactly the same reasons, small (REALLY), pocketable, simple and makes very good quality photos.
