My daughter sent some pics from her trip to the Porcelain town of Jindezhen a couple of hours from her school in Shanghai.

So, as a proud daddy I have to share them.

She has a good eye for the shot and composition. (Said dad ) The first 3 is my grandson and his first chello lessons in their apt.

Ken, she does have a good eye for a photo. She gets that from Sharon?

I enjoyed them, except Chairman Mao still gives me the creeps. Everyone thinks of Adolp Hitler as the worst murderer in history, but he was only #3. Stalin was #2. Guess who #1 was.

Dittos, agree about the good eye for photos and Mao; (won't comment on if she inherited her talent from Sharon. LOL. )

P.S. Funny, now that he switched to Nikon, Adam today wins POTD with his Oly E-620. Kinda ironic isn't it??

Since my primary interest is landscape or other things that don't move around very fast, Oly works really well for me especially the glass. But frankly if I were concentrating on birds I'd be shooting Nikon too.

On a related note I wonder what happened to -=edge=- he hasn't posted since April and I liked his photos of his snakes.

She got her looks and brain from her mother as well...you guys...

Hope I don't get graded on my answer's' first of I thought GWB but his phoney wars were small but significant for Americans. So I'll have to go with the Pol pot guy.

Ken, it really was Chairman Mao. I forget where Pol Pot stands on the list.

Edit: I just looked and depending on which numbers are correct, Stalin might outrank Mao Zedong. Hitler was #3 and Pol Pot was #4 so your guess was pretty good.

Default Olympus Corporate updates

Two very interesting interviews with ex-CEO Woodford.

There will probably soon be some regulatory investigation of the Oly fees paid to the Cayman Island company; a company that has now disappeared. Oly paid a lot of money that could have gone into R&D.

Steven, I wonder if we'll ever know what really happened. Everything I'm reading is very strange.
