Default 2012 CES interview -Olympus Imaging

Summary of new interview was posted at 43 Rumors:

"1) Camera work isn’t affected by the Olympus fee scandal: “we are working usually. Nothing special
2) Because fo the Thai flood consequences there are production problems especially for the E-P3. Not Olympus itself is having problems but some of their suppliers: “we cannot fulfill the whole demand from the market at this moment.”
3) Olympus is now working on new prime lenses: “we already almost fill up the zoom lens line-up. Then, now we are concentrating on single focal lens line-up.”
4) Olympus asked other companies to join the m43 system: “but no success at the moment.“
"

Jenny, my daughter took another trip at Xmas, to Inja! Last night she sent over 'couple of hundred' (seriously) photos. Just a great traveloge of the trip.

I grabbed a few just to show some faces and colours. Not the best, or worst. Hope you like them.

Good shots Ken. She really has a good eye for people candids. She seems to have a talent for photojournalism.

I keep telling her things like that but she's happy doing what she's doing. Working in Shanghai. Her job lets her travel, a lot!
Here's another quick batch. India and Goa

Ken: many of those photos would fit right in a National Geographic Magazine!!!!

It seems to me that her father should buy for her an Oly EP3 or EPL-3 pretty soon.

Ha. The first camera I gave her was my OM1 when I upped to the OM2. Had a nice little zoom on it, She was thrilled.
Now she's hauling a couple of kids and a husband around so last year I bought her a Canon...(Yeh, I know) SX30is. One lens big zoom. I think she shoots on auto, one handed.
I sent her your comments along with a couple from other who have seen them. She's thrilled with the responce.
