The Jpeg engine is exceptional!!! I thought there the pics of Dox (the young one with two series) got a bit hot with the whites, but that wasn't the purpose of me being out there.

I also have to say that this photo seems to show that you have a male dog fixin to get a good sniff, just like what my male dogs like to do wth my female...
Rum has had that issue for quite a while. He doesn't have the patience to stand still and pee. He just lifts a leg for half a second and he's off to see what he's missing out on.

Hi Greg,

These are exceptional- as good as or better than anything I've seen to this point as relates to C-AF maintaining focus on a moving subject. Certainly much improved over my experience with the E-30. Not sure how Greg C. experience has been with the 50-200mmSWD + E30 regarding C-AF but I long ago stopped using it.

I do have a question: Have you upgraded the firmware on your 50-200mm SWD?

Zig

Great shots. I have the 50-200 from the E-1 days. I don't know if it will keep up as well as the new one. Images very clean. ISO?

I know you might not believe me, but I had to look to find out. I use auto iso in almost all circumstances and these were at ISO200, which is low as the camera will go in normal shooting.

This is ISO640

This is ISO2000

This is ISO2000 also

And ISO3200

That last one is ISO 3200? Greg, you're killing me. When I'm shooting indoor events at EV5, do you know what that will do for me?

Does anybody have a URL for a place to sell your soul for an E-5?

Ted

Did I mention there was no noise reduction applied to the file, either in camera or in post.
