Default Florida Fall Colors

This is a great time of year down here to photograph the seasonal colors.

There have been some very colorful photos posted by some of the others of their fall foliage. Thought I would post a few local shots from around here.

photos follow.

Very nice series, Steve. I particularly like the butterfly and bee shots on the yellow flowers.

Steve, after I read your post, and before I saw the pics, I thought "sure WHAT fall colors? Green LOL?" Those are some nice "fall" pics you have there..

I really like the photos......not the spirit in which they're presented....

This is where I should be right now. A dawn shot from our place last year.

We were planning on leaving last Saturday morning but when we were packing the car on Friday morn Sharon complained about a stomach pain.
Sunday.... I went back to the hospital to rescue her after they yanked her gall bladder...She was much relieved. So was I after having visions of me doing roadside surgery in the Baja Desert with a Swiss Army knife.
We'll re-try in a couple of weeks.

Ken: Sorry to hear about Sharon, but glad she got thru that alright. that could have been frightening if it had happened while on the road.

Especially in Baha. I'm also glad he wasn't there when that happened.
