Default The Morning After

Temps dropped to zero last night after yesterdays light fluffy snow. We picked up 2-3 inches over the day. I got chased out this morning to clean the bird table off, punch a hole in the ice (Sharon thinks the fish will suffocate!) and get the snow off the car so the sun will melt the ice off today.

I took a few random snapshots before my fingers and ears froze off.

Wow, and it's not even winter yet! You need to get Sharon well and head out for Mexico asap. I like your photos, but I still get cold just looking. Hope it warms up soon.

(Oh yes, just as an FYI, I checked our current temp: 79 F and sunny.)

Bastid...

Got to go driving in it soon. We (Sharon) have a Dr's appointment in the am, so we'll go today and motel it. Save the icy drive with commuter traffic.

Great set of shots. Got the day off work so I think I'll see about braving the roads in here and try and get some shots. I hope the local lake has frozen again, so many cool ice bubble formations in it last year. Better equipped to get good shots this time.

Looking forward to seeing what you catch. The light is good, cover your ears..

Bite me! Might be good for Steven with his alligaters. I'll stick with good old Anglo Saxon invectives....

Here I was, just trying to cheer you up. Reminding what you will be in when you get to Mexico. Oh well, no good deed goes unpunished.
