Default lots of snow here..So a snowy bird :)

So I have been getting freezing cold trying to get pictures of birds in the snow to go in my new video. Bbrrrr

Hi Al,

You haven't posted in some time. Glad to see you back. I shoot a lot of birds and have always had a difficult time capturing a bird with it's wing's spread as you have here.

The image does seem a little under exposed, IMHO, and would look significantly improved if you lightened up a tweak. All in all, very well done.

Thanks and zig I have been off for a while.Just made a video on goldfinches and an autumn one. I'm hoping to get some nice bird shots to use in my next video.Got a lot of snow here which should help if the sun ever comes out!
Oh and I do lurk about here but I keep quiet ...

oh and I had a job posting my photo from flickr dunno why so had to host it on photobucket who have compressed it and made it "soft" ...

Thats a nice shot.. I've onbly ever managed one like that and that was 3-4 years ago with my FZ10 !
