Default Weekend river shot

This was shot using my E-620 and 14-42mm kit lens. I believe I was at 2" shutter speed.

The camera aperture number was blinking, it was F22 (ISO 100). I didn't see ISO 50 on there but assume that I can add it to the list? What would be the lowest ISO that one can shoot?

ISO 100 is the lowest. No ISO 50 setting exists. The blinking aperture number was the camera telling you an appropriate exposure was not possible to to limitations of either available shutter speeds or ISO settings for the f22 aperture.

A set of variable power neutral density filters are a good thing to have when trying to shoot long exposures like this at small apertures during the day.

Or go shooting earlier or later during the day when the sun has less impact on the shot?
