In my experience that is three quarters of the battle when shooting birds - being in the right place at the right time. So many variables have to fall your way even before you point your camera at the bird! Takes a lot of patience and a lot of practice.. and lots of luck too!

Yes, And this is why Ken and I are trying to get Steven to trade that old Firebird in on a modern automobile that would allow him to be way more mobile:







Oddly, we can't seem to get Steven's interest up.
