Default A lens manufacturer joining FourThirds

This was posted today. A bit of good news relative to Schneider Kreuznach deciding to manufacture lenses in fourthirds.

Micro
MICRO
MICRO Four Thirds

So it's means nothing for FourThirds users!

Who would be stupid enough to join FourThirds this late in the game when there's only the E-5 left!

Mike beat me to it. We'll not be seeing any 4/3rd's lenses from Schneider. Who knows what we'll be seeing from them for the micro format.

At one point they were in some sort of partnership with Pentax and produced copies of Pentax lenses for use with copies of Pentax bodies re-badged with the Samsung name....talk about a weird relationship, and they obviously sold very few copies of anything.

Schneider Kreuznach makes some really nice lenses. The NX camera have excellent lenses that they designed for samsung. And while the pns samsungs are just okay camera, they do have really sharp lenses because of schneider.
