Default You lookin' at me?

We were watching about 6 deer come in for breakfast this morning when this pheasant came on the run across the yard to get his share.

He didn't like the deer being there and kept flying in their faces. By the time I'd got my camera he'd calmed down a bit and just kept them back by intimidation.

Fiesty feathered fellow, all it would take would be a rap from one of those horny hooves.

Too bad I missed the one of him actually flying in their faces.

Thaqt last shot looks like he wants to peck the corn off the deers nose.

Animals seem to have no concept of their size vs other animals size. Attitude can get you far in life.
