Default Manhattan Sky Line

Hi there,

I had an invitation to shoot from a friends building roof a few days ago, it is on the east side of the city wich give a different view of the midtown part of Manhattan.

I used my E3 and E5 with 8mm FE, 11-22mm, 14-54mm and 50-200mm.

Empire State Building

Chrysler Building

Long Island City

Queensboro Bridge, Triboro Bridge.

I hope you guys enjoy the pictures.

Regards.

nice shot of 34th street and the empire state.

Number 3 is a bit exposed blowing out the citibank sign in LIC.

I like the different prospective of midtown.

Very nice. One could probably stay around the Chrysler Building all day and shoot it at varying angles as the light changes and come out of it with a quite fantastic portfolio of shots.

I saw these over at DPR and really liked them. The larger size here is better. You should post the others here too.

Thank you shoturtle for your feedback.

On number 3 with an exposure of 1/0.13 second impossible to keep the logo intact, the light is too bright.
