Default One Way to Spend the Day

I spent a lovely spring day in a historic area in Topeka, Kansas. The flowers were blooming, the air was (finally) warm; it was a nice way to fill an afternoon. Many of the buildings have been moved from nearby small towns and carefully restored and filled with antique items appropriate to the era. And yes, I did pay more than the advertised price on the straw container when I purchased a soda in the drugstore with its really cool antique soda fountain!

Really nice tour with some great images, Angie. Looks like the sort of place I'd like to spend a little time.

I agree, certainly looks like a perfect way to spend a Spring day. Looks, to me, like a great place to visit. You folks are about 4weeks ahead of us in terms of any flowers blooming here.

Thanks
Zig

I like all of them (especially the first two) ... and you are way in advance from us for flowers and such ... let say ... 7 weeks

Really like this series Angie. You did a good job, from the colors and compositions, to the subjects selected.

Very nice pictures, that place looks so beautiful, I wish I can be there some day.

Best Regards.
